Nrityasana is about my research through Indian Classical Dance, Yoga, Ayurveda and Music. In current scenario, fitness is becoming more and more important for everyone. We are becoming very conscious about what we eat, where we live, what we do. As a classical dancer, I can firmly say that you have to take care of your flexibility, strength and stamina, just like we do for any rigorous sports. And in return, dance will give you many things that are beyond your imagination. You will feel everything that a sportsman feel and a yogi feels. Toxins cannot reside in us as we sweat a lot, we feel young and very fit that people of our age. The focused, humble and disciplined living through the dance make you feel as if you are a Yogi, or a Buddha and the world resides in you and there are no boundaries between the world and you.
