We are our body, mind and spirit. The ways to enrich ourselves is through enriching all three. And we can also say that all three are linked to each other too. Doing Yoga asanas or dance, opens the limits of our body, and in turn, opens mind and spirit. It is our responsibility to prevent any obstacles on the way of our growth. Preventing injuries is one of them.

We can prevent injuries by strengthening our body parts before doing intensive postures, by doing strengthening exercises. We should also be very careful about a good diet that should include Vitamin D, Calcium, Iron, Minerals, Omega 3, etc. Last but not the least, we should never ignore the importance of warming up and cool down before and after strenuous activities.
